Remote viewing in the simplest terms means using specific methods that allow extrasensory perception (ESP). Through ESP a remote viewer can perceive a target, a person or an object that is located remotely in space. Remote Viewing has been used to find missing objects, people and predict future events. During during the Cold War it was used for classified military projects. Remote viewing, thanks to its well developed techniques can be learned by anyone.
Here are some tips to get you started:
Tip 1: If, as a beginner, while in session, you feel a physical itch somewhere, don’t worry about it. Just scratch the itchy place and carry on. It happens because it’s your ego opposing its dissolution and it you don’t give it too much of your attention, it will go alway.
Tip 2: To help you make the reception of the target easier and more specific, best choose objects that have strong, bold and unique visual features.
Tip 3: Try not to talk to the people who choose the targets and create the cards and envelopes at no time before and during the remote viewing experiment.
tip 4:When in the session you write down or draw your impressions try not to analyze them. Don’t judge or censor what you saw, just put it down on paper without any further thoughts. Sometimes it works better when you just sit and relax and you say what you see – you can either record the session on audio or camera or have someone write down your impressions for you.
Tip 5: If you fall asleep during the session, don’t worry. It’s normal and a good sign. It means that are being sucked in within the Delta level of mind and you still need to practice to remain at the border of it.
