For those of you that know Armando Montelongo, you also know that he is referred to as Mr. Flipster. Why? Because he is the star of “Flip this House.” In fact, in the United States, he is known for being the most successful individual who flips those houses. In only thirty days Armando has flipped several homes. Armando hosts the A & E TV show called “Flip this House.” Chances are, you have heard of him before. So what is this reality show about? Well, it is a Real Estate reality series that is based on both buying and selling the properties. Basically, the main concept of this show involves purchasing property that has good potential and fix it up. They do all of the repairs and upgrades that are needed in order to higher the price. They also make sure they sell the property at a price to make good profit. 

How did Montelongo start out? Even though Armando didn’t start with much, he worked hard and made success for himself. He also reached his success point at positive thinking. When he reached his success goals, he decided that he would share his knowledge with the general public. 

Armando decided to create a system that would show other people how he did exactly what he did. Armando also shows students how he sold the houses to make a profit. The little system he has came up with is called “Flip and Grow Rich” and that is exactly what it does, as long as you follow it correctly. 

He was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. In just a few years, Armando developed and huge real estate company. He built the biggest one in TX. He started a company called Montelongo House Buyer. 

This company is known for flipping several homes every month. Armando does the show with many of his family members. This show is great for real estate programming.
