Following Apple and Google it is Dell now. Yes, Dell too, Like the news go rumors go, has jumped upon the Tablet bandwagon. Well, this is what we hear. The guys at onlygizmos just did a little write up on the Dell Tablet.
Like the news go news go, Dell got its Tablet to CES 2010. However, it was not for open display and only a couple of folks/companies got a chance to see this Tablet.
A Quick glance at Dell Tablet or The Dell Slate:
The Dell tablet has a 5 inches display screen and Dell has named it Dell Slate. (the reviewers think this is probably on the lines of Apple- Apple Tablet will most probably be known as iSlate) . Like Google Tablet, Dell Tablet too is supposedly taking Android as Operating System. And there can be chances that there could be a SIM card slot in the Dell Tablet.

2010 may see a lot of Tablet PCs from diverse brands; if rumors what we hear are true. In fact Apple Tablet is intended to be released in the market on 26TH January, 2010. The release date has not been confirmed and like everything else it is also unofficial news. Perhaps once Apple Tablet is really introduced, reports about Google and Dell Tablet will be considered more seriously. Specs about Google Tablet have still not become general. In fact, the news is still doubted by many. (But now that Google phone- Nexus One- is released, there is good reason that Google could be working on its Tablet too) .
As of this moment we can only wait for Jan 26th. And lets hope Apple Tablet turns out to be a fact.
